CARDIFF City fans were treated to a live performance from James Fox on the eve of the FA Cup final.
Fox played a live version of the top 20 hit Bluebirds Flying High - and was accompanied by City chairman Peter Ridsdale.
Despite the rain, a huge crowd gathered in the capital's Queen Street yesterday to hear - and join in with - the impromptu duet, which marked the last day of Media Wales' FA Cup roadshow.
Nick Revers, 25, of Cathays, Cardiff, said: 'I can't believe the day is almost upon us. I'll be at Wembley but I don't know how much of the game I'll actually be able to watch.
I'll be so nervous I think I'll have my eyes close for most of the match!'
Chris Jones, 23, of Treforest, near Pontypridd, said: 'I'm not going to the game but I'll be bringing my inflatable sheep with me to the pub and cheering on the Bluebirds. I'm sure we are going to win.'
Sam Yewlett, 26, of Canton, Cardiff, said her five-year-old son Isaac was excited about the final and teachers at his school, Radnor Road Primary, yesterday organized a series of events to mark the occasion.
She said: 'They have decorated the classrooms with balloons, ribbons and flags and all the children have gone in wearing blue. He's caught up in the buzz of it all and I think it's brilliant the school is getting involved.'
